Physical Condition
All vehicle are available for sales on "As-is Where-is" basis. IT Plus Corporation buys vehicles from Japanese auction or reliable sellers on the same "As-is Where-is" basis. To facilitate IT Plus Corporation also upload 20 photos for each car once it is transported to our yard. The vehicle Exterior / Interior grades are shown on the detail page for the selected unit. Therefore, IT Plus Corporation will not accept any claim regarding possible faults and defects, whether minor or major, after the shipment. Buyer must check the photos carefully and consult sales staff in case of any doubt or confusion before making the final deal,.
Maintenance of the following
wheel alignment, balancing or rotation; wiper blade; engine drive belts; spark plugs; filters; fuses; all batteries; all hoses and clamps; oils, lubricants, fluids, refrigerants and coolants; brake pads and rotors; brake shoes and drums; suspension dampers (shock absorbers/strut elements); exhaust systems; tires.
Defects in body and interior
Paint; glass; head lamps; bulbs; mirrors; ; body and chassis dents ; body seals and gaskets; interior and exterior trim, moldings, and fasteners; upholstery, headliner, carpeting, floor and trunk mats; convertible roof water leaks; wind or body noises; wheels; damage due to rust, corrosion, or contamination,
Faults in accessories
Radio/cassette player, telephone, navigation system, CD changer, or any components of those systems; non-original equipment parts, components or accessories.
Shipment
No claim will be accepted if shipment is delayed or canceled due to shipping line' or shipping agent's shipping re-scheduling. In case of delayed shipment.
Damage in Shipment
IT Plus Corporation shows the images of the vehicle right after it enters into the yard. IT Plus Corporation will not be responsible if damage occurs during the shipment or after the shipment. Customer can request for insurance to cover any possible loses at additional cost.
Theft
no claim if the accessories shown in photos at time of purchase are stolen at yard, during the shipment or port of destination.
Sale Cancellation
IT Plus Corporation will compensate the buyer if purchased vehicle is canceled by IT Plus Corporation (expect vehicles with faulty engine /transmission, vehicles which fail Inspection or are contaminated with radiation). Vehicle is considered purchased if payment has already been received. IT Plus Corporation will payback the sent amount without any deduction or buy another car with same specification.
Container Shipment
IT Plus Corporation will not accept any claim if vehicle is damaged during the container shipment.
Delivery Delay
Once the vessel has departed form Japan IT Plus Corporation will not accept any claim for damage arising due to delay at sea.
B/L Changes
IT Plus Corporation will not charge for amendments to client if mistake is made by IT Plus Corporation. IT Plus Corporation will charge the buyer if mistake over the B/L is due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
